These terms cover using this website and its chat assistant. They are not the agreement for paid work. A Discovery Audit, a fixed-price build, dev hours, or a managed plan is governed by its own written agreement, which controls wherever the two conflict.

The chat assistant

The assistant is AI-generated and can be wrong: about pricing, capabilities, timelines, or anything else. Treat what it tells you as informational, not as a quote, a contract, or professional advice. Anything binding (a scope, a price, a start date) comes from a person on our team in writing, not from the chat window.

Using this site

The content on this site (text, design, code, and graphics) belongs to FirstCoast.ai or is used with permission. You're welcome to browse, read, and share links to it. You're not welcome to scrape it, republish it as your own, or use it to train a model without asking first.

No warranty

We keep this site running and try to keep it accurate, but it's provided as is, without a guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at any given moment.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows it, FirstCoast.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or its chat assistant. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

This site links to case studies, tools, and other third-party destinations we don't control. We're not responsible for their content or their own terms and privacy practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
