How We Work

Upfront pricing so you always know what you're paying for

Fixed-price builds, flexible dev hours, and monthly managed plans

Every engagement is one of three shapes. Net-new builds are fixed-price. Changes to what exists are flexible hours. Keeping systems running is a monthly plan. No hourly surprises, no open-ended invoices.

The three shapes

  • Fixed-Price Projects

Net-new builds: an agent, a site, an app. Scoped from the Discovery Audit and quoted at a fixed price before work begins. The price you sign is the price you pay.

  • Dev on Demand

Flexible engineering hours for changing or extending what already exists: a new agent skill, a new page, a mid-size feature. One blended rate, one pool of hours, spent wherever you need them. Prepaid blocks carry the best rates.

  • Managed plans

Monthly coverage that keeps agents and sites monitored, updated, and supported, whether we host them or you do. The AI Advisor Retainer adds standing strategy on top.

The path

From first conversation to a system that keeps running

  1. Discovery Audit

Sessions sized to your team, ending in a written, prioritized roadmap you own either way. The fee is credited toward a build that starts within 90 days.

  2. Fixed-price proposal

The roadmap's top opportunity, scoped and quoted. You know the full cost before we start.

  3. Build

Milestone-based, with your review at each stage. A working prototype is often ready in a few weeks, depending on complexity.

  4. Run

A managed plan keeps it healthy; the AI Advisor Retainer keeps the strategy moving.

How billing works, in plain terms

We don't publish rates: every engagement is scoped to your business first, and you get a specific number in writing before anything starts.

  • Projects bill by milestone. Each phase starts when the previous one is paid, and you approve each milestone before the next begins.

  • Recurring plans bill monthly in advance on autopay, so there is never a surprise invoice or an awkward collections call.

  • You own your deliverables on final payment: code, content, and accounts. We put data ownership in writing before we start.

  • When a request belongs in a cheaper bucket, we tell you. Keeping the boundaries honest is what makes the model work.

What we don't do

Generic IT support, hardware, native iOS or Android apps built from scratch, high-volume outbound calling, and enterprise on-site migrations. When your need sits outside our lane, we say so and refer you to someone whose lane it is.

Start with the audit

One structured review, a roadmap you own, and a credit toward the build. That's the front door.
